With a passion for authentic and honest storytelling, Jess is fascinated with body language and the nuance of what it means to be human. Questioning social constructs and the factors that shape an identity, her curiosity feeds into her work, often resulting in an understated interrogation of human behaviour.

As co-founder of Fight or Flight Productions, Jess has staged countless productions since 2012, including co-writing and directing Standing Ovation Nominated DON'T FORGET MY FACE in 2021. 

 

Jess was an Associate Artist of The Lion and Unicorn Theatre from 2019 - 2024, and as Associate Director for Proforça Theatre Company she co-directed Standing Ovation Nominated productions AAAAA and AT LAST, and directed OffComm commended FEEL MORE. She regularly works with The Space Theatre, where she directed OnComm commended LOVE/RUIN as part of their 'Locked Down Looking Up' season, and the debut production of Katie Duncan's REFUGE in 2021.
